InVivoMAbâ„¢ Functional Antibodies
Our InVivoMAbâ„¢ antibodies are specifically formulated for in vivo use. They feature greater than or equal to 95% purity, ultra-low endotoxin levels, and are preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein-free. Many of our InVivoMAbâ„¢ antibodies can also be used for in vitro cell or tissue culture applications, and immunoassays including Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation. Please refer to the reported applications listed on the specific product pages to determine the application for which an antibody has been validated.
All InVivoMAbâ„¢ products are screened for purity and integrity via SDS-PAGE and guaranteed to contain less than 1 endotoxin units per milligram. If additional QC measures are desired, such as murine pathogen testing and binding validation, see our InVivoPlusâ„¢ antibodies.
InVivoPlusâ„¢ Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers InVivoPlusâ„¢ versions of our most popular InVivoMAbâ„¢ products. The InVivoPlusâ„¢ versions are structurally and functionally identical to InVivoMAbâ„¢ products. The difference lies in a superior level of scrutiny achieved by advanced quality control measures that will meet or exceed the strict demands and rigorous standards required for in vivo work at any research organization.

InVivoSIMâ„¢ Biosimilar Antibodies
Bio X Cell InVivoSIMâ„¢ Biosimilar Antibodies are research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibodies. Each biosimilar antibody is produced using recombinant technology and incorporates the same variable region sequence as the original pharmaceutical drug.
Biosimilar antibodies allow researchers to benchmark a drug’s biological effects without needing to source expensive pharmaceutical-grade therapeutics. They can be used for many research applications, including in vivo studies, functional assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, pharmacokinetic assays, and others.
InVivoSIMâ„¢ biosimilar antibodies are offered with the same purity and in vivo formulations Bio X Cell is known for. Our biosimilar antibodies are of exceptional quality and consistency. They are ultra-pure and free of preservatives, stabilizers, and carrier proteins, making them ideal for in vivo applications, including drug efficacy studies in humanized mouse models.
RecombiMAbâ„¢ Antibodies
RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies are engineered for researchers who need consistent, interpretable results in in vivo and translational studies. Built from established clones and engineered recombinant formats, RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies maintain target specificity while supporting controlled performance across study designs.
RecombiMAb™ antibodies are available in multiple Fc-engineered variants designed to support controlled effector activity and clearer mechanistic readouts. Every lot is produced to in vivo-ready quality standards, including ≥95% purity, ≤0.5 EU/mg endotoxin, low aggregation, and murine pathogen screening. These attributes support reliable performance and help preserve biological signal across studies.
For research programs where reproducibility and long-term consistency are priorities, RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies provide a consistent foundation that supports continuity across cohorts, timepoints, and teams.
Isotope Control Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers a wide selection of isotype control antibodies. Choosing the correct isotype control antibody is an important part of most antibody-based experiments. Isotype controls must match the species and isotype of the primary antibody of interest but have no specificity for the target species.
Isotype controls serve as negative controls, making it easy for the researcher to differentiate between nonspecific background effects or signal and specific effects of the antibody of interest. This type of control is especially important to include in in vivo or in vitro blocking/neutralization/depletion/activation experiments when the readout is a phenotypic change. Our isotype controls are ready for in vivo administration, as no preservatives or stabilizers are added, and endotoxin levels are ultra-low.

Bispecific Antibodies
FlowMAbâ„¢ fluorescently conjugated antibodies are specifically designed for applications requiring fluorescently tagged antibodies, such as multi-color flow cytometry, fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (ICC). Each FlowMAbâ„¢ antibody is conjugated to a high-quality fluorescent dye, ensuring bright, stable signals and precise detection of target antigens. Building on the same exceptional quality and reliability you expect from Bio X Cell in vivo antibodies, these conjugated options are available with various fluorophore options. Because FlowMAbâ„¢ antibodies support multi-color flow cytometry panels and are engineered for consistent performance, they are an ideal choice for accurate results.
Designed to support your experimental workflow beyond in vivo applications, these antibodies are ideal for identifying immune cell lineages, analyzing immune checkpoint markers such as PD-1 and LAG-3, and exploring novel therapeutic pathways.
Conjugated antibodies from Bio X Cell may be paired with target-specific, conjugated isotype controls to fluorophores such as PE, APC, and FITC to ensure consistent, high-quality results with reduced variability.
Fab and F(ab’)₂ Fragments
Antibody Fragments for Fc-Independent Functional Studies
Fab and F(ab’)₂ antibody fragments enable target binding without Fc-mediated effects, making them well suited for studies requiring blocking, neutralization, or receptor engagement without immune activation or cell depletion.
Bio X Cell offers both ready-to-ship and custom Fab and F(ab’)₂ fragments generated from validated in vivo antibodies, preserving antigen specificity while eliminating Fc-driven effector functions.
Fragments are produced to the same in vivo-ready standards as full-length Bio X Cell antibodies:
- ≥95% purity
- ≤0.5 EU/mg endotoxin
- Carrier- and preservative-free
- Low aggregation for consistent performance
These attributes support reliable performance in sensitive experimental systems, including:
- In vivo functional blocking and neutralization studies
- Organoid and organ-on-chip models
- Immune cell co-culture assays
- Cytokine and receptor pathway modulation
